Mind Technologies has won laurels through the work done for the underprivileged people of Tripura through the Tele Homoeopathy Project.

Dr. Jawahar Shah, on behalf of Mind Technologies received the award for this project in the category of ‘Best Public Private Partnership Initiative’ at the eWorld Jury Choice Awards, 2011. Award was given by Hon. Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia, Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, Government of India. Many other eminent personalities from the government of India, NIH and IL&FS were also present at the occasion.

‘eHealth World Forum’ is a global conference organized by eHEALTH magazine to bring together leaders from global health care industry under one roof. eHealth World Awards are held with the aim of felicitating innovative and unique initiatives in healthcare in India and across the globe.

For the first time in history of Homoeopathy, using this technology of remote support, the project has screened nearly 14300 patients. With the vision of reaching the poor and needy, an initiative was undertaken by IL&FS with National Institute of Homoeopathy, Kolkata for the state of Tripura. It has been a huge success in Tripura and can now be implemented in other states too. Complete vision, technical design and content was developed by Mind Technologies, including remote support and training of the health workers.

This will help people accept Homoeopathy and avail of it at a much affordable cost. It will overcome all geographic, economical and social barriers faced by the rural citizens and help them obtain quality preventive and curative services through Homoeopathy. All this through practiced doctors at the expert end from all major cities. The objective is to provide quality health care in villages using Homeopathic stream of medicine and to enable primary and preventive health care in the region.
